Go Well, aside from relief, I tell you now that for (4 of) these mini flan you must arm yourselves with :
eggs
-4 -200 -300 ml cream
gr grated parmesan
-salt-pepper pink beans

Preparation:
-> Take a pan, pour two inches of water and bake at 160 degrees.
-> Work with the whip in a bowl eggs, cream, Parmesan cheese, salt and pink pepper berries and then pour the mixture into 4 buttered and floured molds.
-> Immerse the cups in the pan is already hot in the oven and cook 30-40 minutes until the flan will see them congealed.

So now for this delicious appetizer from smangiucchiare before the game, you need (for 8) :
-700/800 g of minced veal
-4 eggs-the 4 slices of bread crumbs, salt & pepper
or two glasses of whiskey
-140 grams of tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce
-4 teaspoons of sugar cane
-2 onions
-flour-milk-
parsley, basil, carrots to decorate
-oil for frying (use a little 'you)
-virgin oil

Work in a bowl: eggs, ground coffee, bread, previously soaked in milk, salt and pepper, then Add spices to taste (marjoram curry!) and let the mixture stand.

... when you say 'pancakes'! It was a bit 'I wanted to post this recipe, as dated now: m'รจ unfortunately not had time to update the blog ... is clear since I've been away a month ... yet believe it or not, I come here every day!
For these "cannelloni", you must first prepare the dough for pancakes, so arm yourself with:
-250 ml of milk (corresponding to a cup for breakfast) -1 egg

-100 gr white flour
- 1 pinch of salt ...
beat the egg and milk with a whisk then add the sifted flour, little by little, a pinch of salt and let rest half an hour.

Then heat a pan with a diameter needs to be customized for pancakes, grease it with butter, pour a small amount of batter and then roll to the thickness of pancake mix from time to time. Let cook a couple of minutes per side then, with the help of a spatula, pull the edges of the crepes and allow to cool on a dry cloth, then you can also overlap so that there 'ruby' less space in the kitchen.
